🚚 Shipping Policy

Our goal is to make your shipping experience smooth and reliable.

📦 Shipment Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.  
- If there’s any delay or high order volume, we’ll notify you via email or phone.

💰 Shipping Fee:
- We deliver nationwide across Egypt with a flat shipping fee of 49.99 EGP.
- Free shipping is available for orders over 1,000 EGP.

🔁 Refund & Exchange Policy

🛍️ Exchanges & Returns:
- You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.  
- Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.  
- For exchanges due to size or preference, a flat 49.99 EGP shipping fee will be covered by the customer.

💸 Refunds:
Refunds are available within the 14-day window if:
- The item is defective and you don’t want an exchange.  
- Or, you simply change your mind and return the item in resellable condition.

Please note:  
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted to cover handling and payment costs.  
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after item inspection.
